Privacy Policy

When you place an order, we collect what we need to fulfill it:

• Name and contact information (email address, and phone number if you give one)
• Shipping address
• Your order details and your research-use and age (21+) confirmation

We never see or store your card number. Card payments are processed by Stripe, which handles your card details directly. Zelle, bank transfer, and crypto payments are sent from your own bank or wallet; we only see the payment itself.

If you sign up for emails or play the discount game on our site, we collect your email address. We also collect basic information about how the site is used (pages viewed, clicks, device and browser type, and the ad or link that brought you here) through the tools described under “Cookies and Tracking” below.

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and fulfill your orders
• Send order confirmations, payment instructions, and shipping notifications
• Respond to customer service inquiries
• Send promotional emails, only if you signed up for them
• Understand how the site is used, fix problems, and measure how well our ads work
• Prevent fraud and comply with applicable legal obligations

Every promotional email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

We share information only with the service providers we use to run the store:

• Stripe — card payment processing
• WooCommerce, hosted with SiteGround — order management
• Vercel — website hosting
• Zoho — email
• Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) — package delivery
• TikTok and Microsoft Clarity — ad measurement and site analytics (see below)

We do not sell your personal information for money.When you arrive from one of our TikTok ads or place an order, we send TikTok limited information (such as the pages you viewed, items added to your cart, and a scrambled, hashed version of your email and phone number on purchase) so we can measure whether our ads work. Some state privacy laws may treat this as “sharing.” To opt out, email us at the address below and we will stop sending your information to TikTok.

We use a small number of tools that rely on cookies or similar technology:

• Essential storage — keeps items in your cart and remembers your discount code while you shop.
• Vercel Web Analytics — counts page views without using cookies.
• Microsoft Clarity — shows us how visitors use the site (clicks, scrolling, and session recordings) so we can fix what is confusing. Clarity hides what you type into form fields.
• TikTok Pixel — tells us when someone who saw our TikTok ad visits the site, adds to cart, or orders.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, limit ad personalization in your TikTok app settings, or use a browser or extension that blocks trackers. Blocking essential storage may stop the cart and checkout from working.

We retain order records — including your name, address, and purchase history — for 7 years in order to comply with applicable tax, accounting, and legal requirements.

If you request deletion of your account or personal data, we will remove all information that we are not legally required to retain. Records subject to legal retention requirements will be securely deleted once those periods expire.

This site is intended only for adults 21 and older who are purchasing for laboratory research. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, please email us and we will respond within 30 days.

Requests for data deletion are honored to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some information may be retained as required for legal compliance (see Data Retention above).

If you believe your privacy rights have not been respected, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
