When you place an order or create an account, we collect the information necessary to fulfill your purchase:

- Payment information — tokenized and processed securely through PayPal
We never store your card data. All payment processing is handled directly by PayPal, which tokenizes your payment details. Pulse Peptide Labs has no access to your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive financial information.

- Send order confirmations and shipping notifications

Data Retention
We retain order records — including your name, address, and purchase history — for 7 years in order to comply with applicable tax, accounting, and legal requirements.
If you request deletion of your account or personal data, we will remove all information that we are not legally required to retain. Records subject to legal retention requirements will be securely deleted once those periods expire.
Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, please email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Requests for data deletion are honored to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some information may be retained as required for legal compliance (see Data Retention above).
