Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) EST on a Friday will begin processing the following Monday. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may extend by 1–2 additional business days. We will notify you via email if your order is subject to any delay.

Discreet & Unbranded Packaging

All orders ship in plain, discreet, unbranded packaging. The outer packaging will display no logos, product names, or any indication of the contents. Return address labels will display a generic business name with no reference to Pulse Peptide Labs.

Inner packaging consists of padded mailers or sealed boxes appropriate to the shipment size. Products are secured with appropriate cushioning materials to prevent damage in transit.

This policy applies to all domestic and international shipments without exception.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Carrier selection is at our sole discretion unless a specific carrier is requested at checkout (where available).

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days after dispatch
  • Overnight: Next business day after dispatch (where available)

International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause additional delays. The buyer is responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.

Lost, Stolen & Undeliverable Packages

Pulse Peptide Labs is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Once a carrier scans a package as delivered, the responsibility for that package transfers to the recipient. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you must:

  • Check with neighbors and any building management
  • Wait 24 hours, as carriers occasionally scan packages early
  • File a claim directly with the carrier using your tracking number
  • Contact us only after exhausting the above steps

For packages lost in transit (never delivered and tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days), please contact us at orders@pulsepeptidelabs.com with your order number and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages stolen after delivery confirmation.
