These products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for safety or efficacy. They are not drugs, supplements, or medical devices.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you understand and will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws governing the purchase, receipt, and handling of research compounds.

To purchase from Pulse Peptide Labs, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a qualified researcher, licensed professional, or otherwise authorized to purchase and handle research compounds
• Be in full compliance with all laws and regulations of your jurisdiction regarding the importation, possession, and use of research peptides and chemicals

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements above.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

All prices are listed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). Pulse Peptide Labs reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected misuse, payment issues, or compliance concerns. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice. The price in effect at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

Pulse Peptide Labs is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery confirmation.

The buyer is solely responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, tariffs, and fees imposed by their destination country or jurisdiction. We make no representations regarding the legality of importing our products into any particular country.

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, product descriptions, images, graphics, logos, and site design — is the sole property of Pulse Peptide Labs and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any site content without our express written permission.
