ACE-031

ACE-031 is a fusion protein combining the extracellular domain of activin receptor type IIB (ActRIIB) with the Fc region of IgG1. It acts as a decoy receptor sequestering myostatin, activin A/B, GDF-11, and other TGF-β superfamily ligands.
