PNC-27

PNC-27 is a synthetic peptide containing an HDM-2-binding domain derived from p53 fused to a leader sequence. Research demonstrates selective membrane disruption of HDM-2-overexpressing cancer cell lines while sparing HDM-2-negative normal cells.
