GLOW vs KLOW Peptide Blends: What Is in Each Formulation

GLOW and KLOW are multi-peptide research blends that differ by one component. Here is exactly what is in each and what each peptide contributes mechanistically.

GLOW and KLOW are combination research formulations — single vials that contain several peptides studied together. They are closely related: KLOW is essentially GLOW plus one additional peptide. Understanding them means understanding what each component contributes.

GLOW Tri-Blend — three peptides

The GLOW Tri-Blend combines BPC-157, GHK-Cu, and TB-500 into a single formulation, allowing simultaneous investigation of several tissue and matrix pathways:

  • BPC-157 — studied for nitric oxide and growth-factor receptor signaling
  • GHK-Cu — copper tripeptide studied for collagen remodeling pathways
  • TB-500 — studied for actin regulation and cell migration

KLOW Quad-Blend — four peptides

The KLOW Quad-Blend takes the same three peptides and adds a fourth — KPV:

  • BPC-157 — nitric oxide and growth hormone receptor signaling
  • GHK-Cu — collagen synthesis and anti-inflammatory cytokine modulation
  • TB-500 — actin regulation and cell migration
  • KPV — an α-MSH-derived anti-inflammatory tripeptide (the component KLOW adds over GLOW)

How to choose between them in research

The practical difference is the KPV component. GLOW is the three-peptide tissue-and-matrix formulation; KLOW adds the α-MSH-derived anti-inflammatory tripeptide for studies where that pathway is also of interest. Both are supplied as a single lyophilized powder.

Because blends contain multiple peptides in one vial, the reconstitution volume applies to the whole formulation. Review the Certificate of Analysis for the batch-specific composition.
